Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee is sourced from some of the world's finest growing regions, including Indonesia (Bali, Sumatra), East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda), Latin America (Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Brazil, Peru, Mexico), and more. Each origin is carefully selected for quality and flavor. Our products are fulfilled through our trusted dropshipping partner, Dripshipper.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer a full range of roast levels — from light (Blonde) to medium, medium-dark, and very dark (French Roast, Italian Roast). Each product page lists the roast level so you can find your perfect cup.

Do you offer flavored coffees?

Yes! We carry a wide selection of flavored coffees including French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel, Mocha, Cinnabun, Cinnamon Hazelnut, and more. Check out our Coffee collection to explore all options.

What is mushroom coffee?

Our mushroom coffees blend premium roasted coffee with functional mushroom extracts (such as lion's mane, reishi, and chaga). They taste like regular coffee — no mushroom flavor — but offer added benefits like improved focus, sustained energy, and immune support.

Are your teas caffeinated?

It depends on the tea! Our black teas (English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Masala Chai) and green teas (Jasmine, Matcha, Hojicha) contain caffeine. Our herbal teas (Hibiscus Berry, Mint, Peach Paradise) are naturally caffeine-free. Each product page lists caffeine content.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at our contact page as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Do you offer sample packs?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every cup. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away.

Can I return opened coffee or tea?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if you're unhappy with the quality or flavor, please reach out — customer satisfaction is our priority.
