At Light & Hope Coffee & Tea Co., we want your coffee and tea to arrive fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to be the first to know!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

  • ✅ Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • ✅ Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • ✅ Incorrect items received
  • ❌ Opened coffee or tea products (due to food safety regulations)

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page and send us your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no charge as quickly as possible.
